Hej everyone, One room available in a shared house starting beginning from now The rent is 4750 SEK including utilities and the deposit is 4750 SEK too. The house is located in Erikslund in the northeast of Stockholm, with good commuting options to e.g. Stockholm University or Tekniska Högskolan (around 30-40 minutes) or the city centre (50 minutes). Busses run all night. There is an ICA supermarket close by, as well as some eateries and a vårdcentral (health centre with GPs). Täby centrum, a large shopping mall where you can find anything, is 10-15 minutes by either bike or bus. The room has a bed and a desk, and all facilities outside of the room, such as kitchen, bathrooms, sauna or garden are shared. You will be sharing the house with 3 others (26-30 years), including myself. While we all work during the day, we do like to spend time together, such as going ice skating or barbecues. Generally, we are looking for someone tidy and respectful who also wants to stay longer in Stockholm. For further information, please send me a message and tell me a bit more about yourself.
