If you are looking to share an amazing, modern apartment with a social girl, you found it The room faces a large balcony is available in a brand new 3:a (2 bedroom) apartment in Ursvik, Sundbyberg with lots of natural light (its on the 8th floor) coming in from both sides of the apartment The room is available from end of February. Monthly rent (paid in advance) is 7250kr incl water, el, wifi and Netflix. The deposit of 7500kr will of course be reimbursed when moving out. The bedrooms are quite apart from each other and offers lots of privacy. The complex is brand new, has a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine & dryer in the bathroom. You may use the kitchen & large living room (with large flatscreen TV) as much as you like. The apartment is furnished. There is also a locked bike storage in the basement. You would be sharing with me, South African/Dutch girl, designer for H&M. I like dancing and gym, so usually get home late on weeknights. Spend a lot of time in my room working on projects, but love a good hangout session in the kitchen.
