Room with own entrance only 16 minutes from the T-central. It is located 1 minute walking distance from the underground Rissne. It is furnished with a bed, two wardrobes, fridge and small freezer, microwave and a small oven with cooking possibility. You have your own bathroom with a shower and toilet as well as your own entrance. The room is about 12 sqm with a big window just next to the underground that takes you to central parts of Stockholm every 5 minutes during rush hour. Suitable only for one person. Non smoker, no pets, no children and good references. We start with 6 months but very possible to prolong for the right person. Moving in on December 1.
