I want to rent out 2 rooms in my 3 rooms apartment of 89 m to a student. The rooms are full furnished with bed and sofa. The apartment is located in Hallonbergen in a quiet natural area with walking and jogging trails around the two lakes Råstasjön and Lötsjön (Health Walk). Just 2 mins to nearby buss, 8 mins (walk) to the Hallonbergen subway and buses as well which goes to University, Tensta Centrum, Vällingby Centrum and Rissne. With the subway, it takes about 12 minutes to Central Station. We will be three persons who live in the apartment after you moved in. We share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and large hallway areas so it is important that you are well-behaved and keep clean. Rental is 4500kr and 5000kr The rent includes: electricity, 100Mbit fiber broadband Wi-Fi, home insurance. Heat and water are already included in the rent. 1 month rent deposit Payable in connection when you move in.
