Nice room with private bathroom We have a room for rent in our large (95sqm) apartment in Tyresö. The room is quite big, bright and nice, and furnished with bed, desk, wardrobe, TV, drawers, all you need. More pictures can be emailed, or it may appear via Skype if you cant come and see it in person. Since the apartment has two bathrooms, our tenant will have her own private with shower and WC. Newly renovated, fully tiled and clean. Also the kitchen, which you have full access to, is newly renovated. We have a washing machine in the apartment and there is a laundry room in the same building. The apartment, a condominium, is located at the top floor of a low-rise building in a quiet, safe and green area. Communications: Several buses go to the subway at Gullmarsplan. It takes about 15 minutes, depending on traffic. In rush hour traffic there are also direct buses to Central Station. The rent is 4300SEK / month and that includes electricity, TV, Wi-Fi, etc. Deposit 1 month rent, and of course, you pay nothing before moving in We are looking for a reliable person who is planning to stay for a longer period, at least 6 months.
