We have one student room to rent. It is 20 sqm . The room is furnished and have a basin. The suite has its own separate entrance to the garden. In total we rent rooms to 3 tenants who share a pentry and a bathroom among themselves separated from the household. The rent includes electricity, water, internet and shared laundry. The house is located in a cozy residential area close to the bus (4 min), Örby center (10 min) and also Älvsjö railway station (about 20 min walk or buses). From Älvsjö station it takes 10 min to Stockholm C and 6 min to Huddinge. The rooms is free from november 1 for 5200 SEK/month. You should be non-smoking and have good references.
