Two furnished rooms for rent girls only

Two nice furnished rooms in a radhus are available for rent for neat and tidy, calm and trustworthy girls only, with stable economy (workers/students). The radhus is (120 m2) and it has 3 bedrooms and two gardens. You have full access to the living room, the kitchen and your own bathroom (to be shared with the other room tenant). The house is endowed with high speed wireless internet (5G), TV, washing&drying machines. The house is located in Åkermyntan (Vällenby), very convenient, walking distance from the shopping mall, the nature in a safe neighbourhood, 35 min to the central station. The house is to be shared with the owner and his 2 cats. The rent for room 1 is 4800 SEK / month (inkl. El. and internet, insurance excluded). The room is furnished and located on the first floor and it is very nice, furnished with a large wardrobe and view on the front garden. The rent for room 2 is 5500 SEK / month (inkl. El. and internet, insurance excluded). The room is furnished and located on the second floor, it has been recently renovated, huge walk-in closet shared with the landlord. In both cases one month deposit is required. Deposit and the rent are paid when we write the contract. Note that each room is intended for One person Only (hence no couples or children) No smokers, no pets or parties are allowed. Guests are allowed from time to time as far as they do Not start to live with you (each room is intended for one person only), we can announce them in advance as far as we are respectful toward each other.
