If you are looking for a top class place to stay in central Stockholm in July, this is what you are looking for We are renting out our 2 bedroom apartment (3:a in Swedish, 70 sqm) during the entire month of July. It is located just a few minutes walk from Fridhemsplan on Kungsholmen, where several major subway and bus lines run. Just a few minutes walk will take you down to the water and restaurants by Norr Mälarstrand, the spacious and green park Rålambshovsparken and also Smedsuddsbadet which offers a small beach to cool off during warm summer days. Getting to the city centre of Stockholm is a 30 min walk, but using bus or subway takes a mere 15 min. Our apartment has during this year been nearly entirely renovated and features top of the line designer furniture throughout. Our ceiling height is near 3 meters with large windows. The master bedroom has a superbly comfortable king size bed (180 cm) and spacious closets & clothing rack for your convenience. Our spacious balcony is accessed via the master bedroom and is perfect during both day & evening thanks to automatic sun blinds. The guest bedroom has a single bed and a spacious set of drawers in massive oak. Both bedrooms have recently been fitted with large steel and glass walls with doors facing the living room, making the apartment light & airy (curtains will be installed prior to July). For dining and entertaining, our apartment is near perfect. Our massive oak dining table can comfortably sit up to 8 people, but for everyday use we have four black leather fronted chairs. Our living area has a large L-shaped sofa and a lush carpet. Our TV can be swiveled to both the living area and dining area. The kitchen offers brand new fridge/freezer and dishwasher, we also have microwave and regular oven & stove, with plenty of working space. The bathroom is completely tiled and offers a shower, washing machine & tumble dryer. Wifi, water & electricity plus cleaning company fee is of course included in the rent. We will provide new bedding & towels also. Our building offers a large elevator for a smooth ride up to our high floor level.
