Hej, I want to rent out a room in my 65kvm apartment in Husby/Kista. It is newly renovated and 5 min walk from Husby Centrum and Tunnelbana. Buss stops are all nearby. A very nice and peaceful area, electricity, heating, water are included. The room is not furnished but there is bed available if one is interested. Room is available for one female tenant with good financial background. I need to see employment certificate. A contract is also needed to sign. Rent for the room is 4000 SEK per month with one month rent in advance deposit. Attached picture of the room is old. Room is available from September 1, 2017.
