The apartment is located in a quiet area with 5 minutes walking distance to the Kista Galleria where you will find Coop, Ica, McDonalds, library, a variety of shops such as Clas Ohlsson, H & M and Flying Tiger Copenhagen. Near the Galleria there is also a subway station where a train departs every 5 minutes, which takes you to Stockholm Central in 17 minutes. In addition, there are a variety of gym in walking distance- eg. Fitness24Seven, Friskis & Svettis & Sats The rent includes internet and hot water. Electricity is not included and will be paid separately. We would want you to write a short presentation about yourself and certify that you have a stable income. We will also require you to have your own home insurance and you will have to pay 2 months of deposit the day you move in. We will rent out the apartment as soon as we find a suitable tenant. Non-smoker and no pets.
