Hi Manuel and I have a spare room during two months (from 8 April until 8 June) that we would like to rent. The dates are kind of flexible. The apartment is in Älvsjö. Its a 4a with balcony, big kitchen, one toilet, and bathroom with washing machine and dryer. They are renovating the flat right now, so everything will be completely new. The room is 12m2 big. Furnished. The flat is 3 minutes away from the pendeltåg station. It takes 10 minutes to go to Centralen and 7 to go to Södermalm. Theres a lot of connections with buses too. We are two people from Spain who work as an engineer and as a teacher. We like to cook, watch series, music, sports and fika Rent: 5700kr per month. Everything included. PM if interested.
