In my villa I have the opportunity to rent out rooms for short time or longer time up to the 6 months, Room are available from now and from 1FEB. please feel free you can ask me if you have stressful situation or if you have any particularly arriving or moving out date. From my home is 5-7minutes wolking to the nearest subway station calls for Ängbyplan it is green line. a perfect Communication by subway to City 18min, I have different size rooms small room 3500kr in the month and bigger 4000kr and biggest & comfortable 4500kr. The rent includes fully furnished rooms internet, electricity,hot water, washing machine, bed clothing, toilet paper, dish liquid, access to the shared kitchen and all kitchen Equipment & access to the 2 different bathroom & 2 toilet. Nearby home are the gym & indoor swimming pool. The nearest large supermarket (Hemköp) and pizzaria is 500meters from the home. French bakery located nearby. I have bicycle you can borrow. lake and parks are a round the house. many of my tenant they enjoy coming back to staying or visiting here again. in my house you can feel Pice,Calm,Comfortable & Clean environment. a simple stylish trendy lifestyle. we will spontaneously Cook together healthy food & learn different spices & be sociable & positive.its always an advantage if you want to enjoy with walking tempo, cycling, train fitness, Would you like please describe a little bit about your self if you work or study.
