Hi We are Ben (American) and Jon (English), good friends with a lovely luxury villa in a charming neighborhood in Enskede. We are seeking 2 roommates to move in with a rental period starting January 1st (though its possible to move in a bit earlier). The villa is simply gorgeous, a large, 3 floor luxury home in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood, about 5 minutes from the metro, a short walk to an ICA kvantum, and less than 15 minutes to T-Centralen. The 4 bedroom home is modern in all the ways you want it, 3 very recently remodeled bathrooms, brand new kitchen, 2 gas stoves and 2 ovens, wine fridge, sauna, jacuzzi tub, and fireplace, with a huge open lawn and patio (also with outdoor tables, chairs, bbqs, soccer nets and fruit trees). Theres ample space for storage in the garage, which we double as our private gym, equipped with treadmill, weight sets and ping pong table. The floor plan is quite open, lots of common area, mostly heated floors and great use of daylight, with a lot of space for car parking if you have a vehicle/s. Jon and I are social, friendly and outgoing guys we are very welcoming. I (Ben) am 29, work as a managing director for a company making gear for outdoor lifestyles, and am very into nature, climbing, skiing, adventuring, and travel. Im big into music, literature, food and trying to make the world a better place. Jon is 27, and is a teacher in the International Baccalaureate program, and is into sports, education, politics and people. We are both medal winning beer brewers and always have several awesome beers on tap at home at any given point in time, which we are happy to share (responsibly ) We have an additional 2 bedrooms that were looking to fill, rent at 9-10k per person (depending on the room, which includes everything, all bills, internet, etc.). The rental term is flexible, long or short term, depending on what works best for you. Simply put, were looking for awesome people to join us Wed like someone who is interested in contributing to making the home environment enjoyable for everyone, introverted or extroverted, wed like someone who we click with, and can live with as friends as well as roommates. We speak English, Swedish, Spanish and Italian at home, but are always open to new languages Having a stable economy, being smoke and pet free, and being a generally responsible adult is part of what we expect from any applicant. Well expect one months deposit along with the first rent.
