70 square meters apartment (1 bedroom separate living room separate kitchen) in central Stockholm available for long-term renting (likely at least a few years), with move-in date any time between Dec 1 - Jan 1, e.g. Dec 15. Electricity, gas and heat are included in the rent. I will be working abroad and will sublet the apartment until further notice with 3 months notice. Most likely I will be away for at least a few years so this is a long-term arrangement. Please note that regardless of chosen move-in date, the agreement must be in place before Nov 30 as I move away from Stockholm then and cant show it to prospective tenants after that. (My friend will hand over the keys if you want to move in later than Dec 1.) If you are the least interested, therefore please get in touch quickly so that I can answer your questions right away and save some time as I leave very soon. I speak Swedish too. :) The apartment is furnished and I can either leave all the kitchen utensils or remove them, as you prefer. The kitchen table and the dinner table in the living room can also be removed if you would prefer that. There is a dishwasher in the apartment and washing machine facilities in the basement. Unusually enough, these are usually available so doing laundry here is hassle-free. There is a decent-speed Internet connection which is not officially included but which you are more than welcome to use for as long as it works. Fiber was just installed in the building though, so you can easily obtain your own high-speed connection if you want. Subway station Östermalmstorg i 4 minutes away, as is the waterfront walk along Strandvägen. The island of Djurgården, perfect for outdoor running and walking, is 10 minutes away. This apartment is ideally located right between downtown Stureplan (5 min) and the nature of Djurgården. Grocery stores and cafés are around the corner. I will ask for 1 months rent in deposition, which will be returned upon moving out unless there are any damages that need to be fixed.
