70 square meters apartment (1 bedroom separate living room separate kitchen) in upscale neighborhood Östermalm available from Dec 1st. Corporate tenants are accepted too. Electricity, gas and heat are included in the rent. There is a decent-speed Internet connection which is not officially included but which your are more than welcome to use for as long as it works. Fiber was just installed in the building though so you can easily obtain your own high-speed connection if you want. There is a dishwasher in the apartment and washing machine facilities in the basement. Unusually enough, these are usually available so doing laundry here is hassle-free. Subway station Östermalmstorg i 4 minutes away, as is the waterfront walk along Strandvägen. The island of Djurgården, perfect for outdoor running and walking, is 10 minutes away. This apartment is ideally located right between downtown Stureplan (5 min) and the nature of Djurgården. Grocery stores and cafés are around the corner. The apartment is furnished and I can either leave all the kitchen utensils or remove them, as you prefer. I will be working abroad and will sublet the apartment until further notice with 3 months notice. Most likely I will be away for at least a few years so this is a long-term arrangement.
