My husband and I have just rented a 3 room apartment at Skagafjordsgatan and is looking for someone to rent the other room. We are open to commuters, short term or long term tenant. It will be available from 1st of March. Details of the flat: - new building (less than 5 yrs old) - 5-7 minute walk to Kista Galleria and Kista station - has direct bus to Arlanda Airport, Helenalund, and Sollentuna - fully furnished toilet, kitchen, living room and balcony (you will have access to all) - has washer and dryer to use Details of the room: - now just has a closet - but we can provide bed if you do not have one. - perfect space for 1 person A little about us, we are an Asian couple who are current expats here in Stockholm for work. We love to travel and trying out restaurants. We dont smoke, we dont have pets. If we are at home, we enjoy cooking and watching TV. We want the person living with us to eventually be our friend, so please email me something about yourself, background and how long you want the room for. Rent will be 5,300 / month. Will need 1 month deposit. We can send across more pictures of the flat to give you an idea of what we will be sharing. Only to serious people wanting a home and not just a bed to sleep on. Thanks
