Söker nu efter en hyresgäst till ett rum i Vällingby med inflytt omgående. Ca 10 min promenad till tunnelbanan. Uthyres fullt möblerad. Hyran är 4500 kr/månad. Värme, vatten, el och bredband ingår i hyran. Delad kök (du får ditt eget kylskåp i köket) och badrum. Du ska vara rök/djur/alkoholfri. Du plockar undan efter dig, betalar hyran i tid, och visar allmän hänsyn. Vi hjälps åt att hålla rent i gemensamma utrymmen. Vi ser helst att du jobbar eller studerar, har goda referenser och stabil inkomst. En månads deposition krävs. Flera bilder på rummet finns längst ner. A perfect place to focus on your studies and also enjoy spending some time outside in the beautiful nature close by. About 10 minutes walk to subway station. The room is fully furnished. We share the kitchen and the bathroom. Heating, water, electricity and internet is included in the rent and youll have your own fridge in the kitchen. Rent to a caring, reliable, calm and tidy person who likes to keep it clean around him/her. A non-smoker who has no pets and no home parties (NO drinking). Seeking a tenant with stable income. One month security deposit is required. We are two students who are living in here at the moment, but one will finish studies soon and will be back home to Italy at the end of February so one room will be available for the new tenant. This room would be especially suitable for an international student. Everything you need is provided just bring your luggage and your laptop. A vegetarian is preferred.
