Room for rent w balcony and bathroom

Hi, We are a family who would like to rent out our guest room to a serious university student who studies at for example KTH, Musikhögskolan or Stockholm University. We would like to house a student who is a native English speaker or has a comparable command of the English language. We have a ten-year-old child. The rent is negotiable if you would like to help with homework etc. The room is located in a large newly renovated apartment centrally located in central Stockholm, very close to Östermalmstorg. Its 12 square meters and has its own balcony facing the courtyard. We have an extra bathroom which we use only occasionally, so it will be largely yours to use. Available from February 1st.
