Room for rent from 1st june

I rent out a room in an attic apartment near the popular sofo district starting 1st of June. Usually rent out for 6 months at a time, this can be discussed. Near to bus, subway, restaurants and bars. Beautiful nature surroundings just 5 minute walk away. You have access to kitchen. 2 toilettes in apartment one shower/bath. I have been renting out for a few years and always had happy house mates.
