Room at mosebacke available

I am renting out a room in my four bedroom apartment located centrally in Stockholm, at Mosebacke, as month to month. The room will be available until sometime next year. The contract will be month to month though. This is a beautiful area 30 meters away from shops at Götgatan and about a 5 minute walk to Gamla Stan. The apartment was built in the 19th century and the rooms have their own fire place. Each room will be partially furnished with a bed and drawers. There is a 37 kvm big livingroom where you may hang out at any time. I am looking for a responsible, not too loud, guy or girl preferably in their late twenties (or early thirties) that need somewhere centrally to stay. International students are very welcome. No drama or judgy people please. I want this to be a good place to stay for everyone that lives here. This room costs 6000 sek /month. Please be aware though that I will ask for a deposit of 1 months rent as insurance. Youll get it all back when you leave. I am myself a part time student in my late twenties, pretty relaxed but do like a clean living space so youll need to clean up after yourself, at least in common areas. We are 4 people in total living in this apartment (yourself included) with 160 kvm living space. So it wont be too crowded We may be able to hire a cleaner twice monthly for common areas but we can decided that once we all move in. The room will be available the 11th of September. Youll pay the rent/deposit when you move in.
