Room at mosebacke

I am renting out a huge room in my four bedroom apartment located centrally in Stockholm, at Mosebacke. This is a beautiful area 30 meters away from shops at Götgatan and about a 5 minute walk to Gamla Stan. The apartment was built in the 19th century and the rooms are both about 37 kvm big with a high ceiling and their own fire place. Each room will be partially furnished with a bed and drawers. There is a 37 kvm big livingroom where you may hang out at any time. I am looking for a responsible, not too loud, guy or girl preferably in their late twenties (or early thirties) that need somewhere centrally to stay. International students are very welcome. No drama or judgy people please. I want this to be a good place to stay for everyone that lives here. Each room costs 8000 sek per month. Please be aware though that I will ask for a deposit of 1.5 months rent as insurance. Youll get it all back when you leave or if you want it as last months rent thats fine too. I am myself a part time student in my late twenties, pretty relaxed but do like a clean living space so youll need to clean up after yourself, at least in common areas. We may be able to hire a cleaner twice monthly for common areas but we can decided that once you move in. The room will be available the first of September.
