Very nice and well-disposed apartment in the heart of Stockholm city center overlooking the greenery of Kungsholmen Church and with a view of the City hall of Stockholm. Only approx. 200 m from the beautiful water front at Norr Mälarstrand. The apartment will be furnished and we are looking for a couple/family with an ambition to rent it for 3 years since our family will be away working abroad for 3 years. We will take away all small things/private things and clothes, but all furniture will stay. The apartment is big, over 200 sqm, with 4 bedrooms and 2 toilets and 2 showers/bathroom. You will also have access to washing machine/drying machine inside the apartment. The location is superb with only a few meters to the subway station Rådhuset, only 900 m from Central Station and located in the quiet part of the city center. You can easily walk everywhere, but if you wish to go by subway or bus there are many options right outside the door. The street is quiet and have restaurants and a grocery store nearby. 1 bedroom has a double bed for 2 3 bedrooms have a single bed There is a large kitchen with a table where 8 people can be seated to have dinner. We have one big Tv-room and one big living room (with a table where 10 can be seated and a sofa group) with a small balcony from where you can see the City Hall of Stockholm. We love this place and are looking for a trustworthy tenant that will take good care of our home while we are away on our stay abroad. No smoking, no animals. Good economic history and stable work situation. References and interview will be needed. Rent: 30 000 kr incl parking space outside (only a tenant that takes the apartment parking is interesting) Tenant will pay for electricity and internet on their own expense. Tenant will need a relevant home insurance.
