We offer 1 small but very nice room(s) with Private Toilet & Shower in a large, modern & recently built studio/apartment located in the middle of Barkarby Shopping Outlet, Järfälla. The space is located immediately to the right after entering the apartment and if you prefer - it comes with nice modern furniture. We are a very gentle and kind Swedish couple (30-40) and you are a dramafree & socially functional working person/a student. 25 minutes to Stockholm Central Station (pendeltåg/bus departure every 15 minutes). We had 2 different occupants over the last 3 years and we have great references (since we are friends now -) . A plus if you have an occupation or are a student, clean and somewhat responsible... In-apartment cleaning/laundry/iron available freely 08:00-22:00. FibreLAN, cable-tv (byod) and dedicated private superspeed WiFi. The whole building & nearby areas are a Green project - meaning that all residents in the area must understand & contribute to keeping the general inside outside environment clean and be aware of not polluting the environment (recycle, not waste energy/water etc). NEXT DOOR: Ica MAXI (incl free garage), Nordic Wellness (Gym), 24/7 (Gym), Cafés, Restaurants, IKEA, Clas Olsson, Webbhallen, Media Markt, Burger King, MAX, McDonalds, Subway, Barkarby Factory Outlet - any available boutiques & brands you prefer are available within 10-500 meters.. You will also have free access to the shared spaces with appliances such as kitchen equipment, TV, media devices, laundry etc... No short-term stays, your intention is to stay longer (3 months longer will be beneficial). Free guest-room access (with common sense).
