Om oss, Vi är ett lugnt par som arbetar och tränar och vi går upp tidigt på vardagsmorgnar. Vi söker, dig som är lugn, ordningssam och icke rökare. Du har fast jobb eller är student och har ett ordnat liv. Är du ägare till en hund av modell mindre som är rumsren och ej skäller mycket är det möjligt för er att flytta in hos oss då vi båda är hundvänliga Om lägenheten, Ljus 4:a i Norra Djurgårdsstaden. I lägenheten finns tvättmaskin och du som hyr rummet kommer också ha en egen kyl och frys. Balkong finns mot innergården och välsorterad mataffär ligger över gatan. Kommunikationerna är bra och lägenheten ligger ca 7 minuter från Stureplan med buss. Närmaste busstation ligger 2 minuter bort och närmaste tunnelbana är Ropsten. Dit promenerar man på ca 8 minuter. På ca 15 minuter promenerar man till Stora Skuggan där en 4H gård ligger, stora grönområden samt diverse caféer finns. Möjlighet till att hyra garageplats finns i fastigheten om så önskas. Vi kommer att be om 1 månads deposition samt första hyran innan inflytt när hyresavtalet är påskrivet och du hämtar nycklarna. L & C -- About us, We are a friendly and calm couple that get up early in the mornkng to work out and then go to our jobs. We are looking for, a calm, tidy & friendly person to rent a room in our apartment. You are a non-smoker and have a stable economy with a fulltime job or you are a student. If you are the owner to a small dog we are open to meet as we both love dogs. About the apartment, The apartment is located in Norra Djurgårdsstaden, 7 minutes from Stureplan with the bus. KTH is a ten minute walk away. Comunications are very good and if you prefer the subway you can walk to Ropsten which is about a 8 minute walk. The apartment is bright with a balcony facing the backyard and across the street there is a big grocery store and a pharmacy. If you have a car there is a garage in the buliding availble. There is a washing mashine in the apartment and we also have a full fridge and freezer availble for our future roomate that will be solely yours. The lease, We will be asking for the first months rent and a 1 month deposition once we sign the lease and give you the keys to the apartment.
