Room awailable from the 1 of May, in a flat in Sätra (one stop to Skärholmen), 18 min to T-Centralen, 3 min walk to T-station. The room is big, 20 kvm, furnished, (you may not bring your own furnitures), access to internet. It is perfect for someone who needs silence and piece to study, or to rest after work. The laundry room is just a few blocks away. As we share the bathoroom and the kitchen you must be a tidy person and you like to keep things around you clean, even for your own sake. You are a non-smoker and cooking is not your hobby (it does not work in the shared kitchen). The let is preferably for a longer time. The rent is 4000 crowns. I am 62 years old woman, retired, so I am at home quite a lot. I have a dog (14- years old jack russell), you may have a dog but not a cat.
