Large room for rent in central stockholm

We are looking to rent out a room in our flat situated quite centrally, about a 5 min walk to Gamla Stan. The room is quite big (30kvm) and has its own tiled stove (you cant really use it though). You will be living with 3 other people. This is a quiet flat. Although it is fine to bring a friend or two (or have your girlfriend/boyfriend stay over regularly as long as they are respectful of others), this is a strictly no party flat. You are also expected to pitch in with cleaning as much as anyone else. The rent is 7,000 SEK per month. Including utilities (high speed internet, electricity, water, gas etc). The room is available the last day of February. You need to be able to prove you have a stable monthly income. We are looking for someone that works quite often (as we are all working most of the time in some way or another), but likes to hang out and chat when cooking or so.
