Renting out one 14 sqm bedroom in lovely furnished apartment in Lappis (Lappkärrsberget), close to Tunnelbana 14 universitetet. The flat has two bedrooms (one to rent out), a spacious living room of 24 sqm, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice and entirely renovated bathroom (Dec15) with bathtub, a sunny balcony to the south. About the room: Very nice 14 sqm unfurnished room with huge built-in-closet and big windows to the west (great advantage is you do not need to bring a closet anymore, which leaves more space for other things). Available from 15.01.2018, or earlier, minimum tenancy period until at least mid August, preferably for one whole year if everything goes well between us. The rent is 5300 KR with broadband (WIFI), electricity, heating and water all included. About the premises: Lappis is at Norra Djurgården, 10 min walk to SU library. A huge campus with student accommodation, laundry rooms with dryers, bicycle room, Lappis beach and an ICA nära on the premises.
