We have received the job in another city therefore we would like to rent out 3 room apartment in nice and calm Rågsved area. There are 5 min walking from Rågsved t-bana, 3-4 min to Rågsved shopping center, 1 stop by t-bana from Högdalen and Hagsätra shopping centers. Apartment will be rented on the short term period - around 3-4 months with possibility on extension. Neighboors are calm, therefore we want to expect the same behavior from you. No music at nights, no parties, no smoking inside or balcony and no pets allowed. Water, electricity, heating, internet and parking space are included in the price. If you have more than 1 car it is possible to park the car outside on the public parking for free. Apartment is fully furnished with beds, sofas, TV, tables, chairs and kitchen accessories, therefore you dont need to buy anything. Washing machine and dryer are in the bathroom. Payment should be made 1 month in advance same amount for the deposit money which will be returned in the end of occupancy.
