I am renting out a bedroom in a charming house located in the very popular La Fayette, Saint-Martin of beautiful Paris, complete with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room. The bedroom comes with a queen size bed, closets, a TV and a small bedside table. The bathroom is complete with toilet, sink and bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with all essential kitchenware to cook a proper dinner. The living room has a comfortable couch and two sofas. The house is equipped with cable-TV as well as broadband internet accessible through either Wi-Fi or cable. All necessary bed linen and towels are provided for free. There is also a private terrace for mellow nights at home enjoying the Parisian air. Close to metro. P.S.
