I am an English speaking doktorand in Stockholm. I have got a new apartment contract from 01 Nov. first hand in Kungshamra, 5 minutes walking to T-Bana Bergshamra (red line 14), Coop, and the forest is 2 minutes away. It takes 10 minutes by Tbana to Östermalmstorg., and 10 minutes to T-Centrlen. Also, bus from in front of the the house goes directly to Ulriksdal pendeltåg station, Solna Station, and Halonbergen Station it is a well planed 56 m2 apartment, with 2 bedrooms, 1 big living room, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen room, which I will have a dishwasher. Also the whole apartment will be furnished, but you can bring your own furniture if you prefer. We share the whole apartment of course. I want to rent one bedroom, starting the first week of November, for 4500-5000 kr/month including internet and electricity. And one month deposit. I am looking for a young professional or student, very tidy and nice person, to share the house with. I am an easy going guy, calm, tidy, I dont smoke and dont party at home. I spend a lot of time out and like to walk in town, fika with friends, and go to walks in nature. I dont have pets.
