The rental period is initially 6 months but will most likely be prolonged after that period. Possibility to move already mid-May. Liljeholmskajen is a relatively new neighborhood built right by the water, 4 minutes walk from the metro station Liljeholmen, 3 minutes walk from the tramway (tvärbanan) Årstadal, 10 minutes walk from Hornstull. There is a supermarket right across the square (less than a minute walk), and the mall Liljeholmstorget has tons of good shopping and two much bigger supermarkets. The apartment is brand new, very light with an optimal layout, and will be rented out fully furnished and equipped. The kitchen has a dishwasher, induction stove, fridge, freezer, microwave--- The is a big wardrobe in the hallway and a walk-in closet. The bathroom features a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The balcony has outdoor furniture and a gas grill which is very nice in the summer. There is even a possibility to take over our parking spot in the garage, which is situated in the same house at level -2, right outside the door for an extra 1000kr (which is just what we pay for).
