We have 1 unfurnished room available from 1 March in our large stand alone villa house with garden and five spacious rooms on Stora Essingen. The room is 35 sqm made up of one large room (27 sqm) and smaller bedroom (8.5 sqm) 2.2m high ceiling at highest point of the bigger room. Sauna, piano and a stones throw from the water. Excellent public transport with tvärbana or No 1 bus (just 20 minutes to t-centralen). The large garden includes an outdoor dining area with BBQ, and a 4m trampoline. The house is very peaceful and the area quiet yet still close to the centre of Stockholm. There is free parking for the house. We are looking for a single person who likes the idea of sharing a house and are happy to live with a child, there is one 7 year old child that lives in the house half of the time. So far the house has always had an international feel currently with a New Zealander, French, Syrian and Spaniard. You would be sharing with a choreographer, civil society practitioner, pediatrician, composer and producer. Bills for all utilities including internet are paid collectively and include shared items like cleaning products, toilet paper but also coffee, herbs and spices and fair trade Palestinian Olive Oil... We pay 1000 each per month for bills on top of rent. Rent: 6000 excluding bills.
