I have a 3a that I will move into end of June/ 1st of July. It is unfurnished right now but I am going to rent a room to a nice guest because it is a bit too much space for me at this time. It is very close to bus and t-bana into the city. It is close to a supermarket and there are restaurants in the area. A very calm and beautiful area to live. I am outgoing, friendly, clean, and an excellent roommate. I am from NY and work with film and television.
