We are flexible on rental periods, but a minimum of three months applies. This beautiful and light 2-bedroom apartment, furnished with an Asian touch, is situated in an early 20th century building with majestic ceiling height and spacious rooms (100 sqm 1,076 sq ft total). It ideally fits two adults and up to three kids of any age. In addition to the apartment, you will have access to in-house shared laundry facilities (in addition to the washer in the apartment), a small garage to store strollers of any size and a shared inner courtyard where you can park your bike. We are able to provide lots of toys for kids, as well as a baby cot and a baby chair. We can also provide you with bedsheets and towels if you so wish. Södermalm is the trendiest area in Stockholm and houses the coolest restaurants, shops, bars and events. But also traditional wood houses, great parks and inspiring museums. The best viewpoint of the city (Skinnarviksberget) is just a stonethrow away Both public buses (Line 4) and the subway (Mariatorget) is literally just around the corner. The old town is a 12-minute walk from our house. Car parking is usually available in the same block on Krukmakargatan (or otherwise in the near vicinity).
