I am renting out a room in my 2 rooms apartments. My tenant is moving out on the 5th of June. The rent period is from 5th of June to 1 September with the possibility for A- I have 2 room apartment and I want to rent out 1 sleeping room(Furnished with single bed, carpet, wardrobe, curtains etc). B- Access to kitchen, basic kitchen equipment included. Refrigerator, Microwave (share kitchen ). C- Access to WC, shower, laundry (Laundry inside and outside of apartment). D-- Place is in Spånga, Stockholm . (Street name ,Holmingegränd 31, 163 61). GOOD COMMUNICATIONS The apartment is 7 mins walk to Tensta T-bana and 15 mins walk to Spånga station. 18 mins to T-central with metro with 1-(ONE ROOM FOR ONE PERSON)4500 kr a month. ( Internet is included.) 2- (SECURITY DEPOSIT) - (REFUNDABLE) 4500 kr 3- RENTING TIME) From 01-06-2018) 3 months with possibility to an extension. 4. The room is for one person. Here is a review of my current tenant/flatmate From the 26th of January until the 5th of June 2018 I stayed at Yusufs place as part of an internship in Stockholm. From day one onwards, Yusuf has been a great host, helping me to settle in Stockholm and within his apartment. As an easy-going, calm, open-minded and friendly person, Yusuf made me feel at home and was an eminent part of my well being in Sweden. Throughout the time, more than a flatmate he has become a real friend. The apartment is super well located in a calm area close to Tensta, north-west of Stockholm. The metro is only 5 minutes away and there is a direct line (blue line n10) that leads you to the city center (T-Centralen) in less than 20 minutes. Regarding the apartment itself, I was surprised by the modernity of the place. Pretty much everything is brand new since there has been recent renovations. Furthermore the kitchen has everything you need (Dishwasher, microwave, toaster...) and the bedroom is pretty big and includes a desk and a dressing. Not to mention the shower that is brand new as well and where you can find a washing machine. In term of comfort, a 5 stars rating would be absolutely appropriate. PLEASE WRITE ME ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHY YOU WANT TO BE MY FLATMATE.
