Hello, I am renting my charming and quiet appartment for a short term period (September 22-October 1st), and also for a longer period (6 months, 1 year rental or longer) from October 27th. The flat is ideally located in a calm street of the trendy area of Hornstull, with a view on the canal and the trees. There are plenty of cool bars and restaurants in the area and it is a few minutes walk from the metro. Big main room with a beautiful wooden floor, and 2 big windows which give a lot of natural light. Separate kitchen with a nice view over the park. Comfortable double bed 140 x 220 cm (bought in 2016) in the main room. 2 closets, 1 sofa, 1 antique chest of drawers, small kitchen table, oven. The building is from the 1930s and has a shared garden and charming courtyard with garden tables and a barbecue. Laundry room in the building at the disposal of the tenant. 1300 SEK/month all included (high speed wifi, water, gas etc.) and 1 month deposit. Financial guarantees required 10 days : 7000 SEK for the period September 22-October 1st
