Renting out our 3-room apartment for at least one year starting from 1 November 2017. The area is very quiet, nice and green. The apartment itself is very fresh, we recently renovated the bathroom and all the rooms, except kitchen. But the kitchen looks good. There is sunny balcony looking to the playground and green area. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. The apartment is rented unfurnished, but there are wardrobes in both 2 bedrooms. 3 min walk to subway blue line, Kista centrum station. The rent is 14000 kr per month, electricity not included. The internet, heating included. There is washing machine in the apartment, and there is also common washing facility in the next building (10 meters). We need preferably a family, non-smokers and people who are quiet in the evenings and night. Animals and pets are not allowed. Deposit is one month rent. Please write about yourself.
