A very fresh and modern apartment (built in 2012) located in south of Stockholm in Farsta, in the green Fagersjö area, with very nice view in a family and child friendly environment. It is located on the top floor (4 of 4) getting sun early morning from east to the late night from south and south west. It is located just in front of bus station (Skrattmåsvägen ), which bus 165 or 167 takes you to Högdalen T-bana (5 min) or Farsta T-bana (10 min) as well as to the Pendeletåg station Älvsjö (12 min). Free parking is available 24/7 on the street. Also one parking space to rent separately if you wish is possible to rent (costs will be added) Due to change of our jobs and need to live closer to our offices, we are going to sublet it from first of September (2017-09-01) until further notice (at least one year).
