Were renting out our apartment in Norra Djurgårdsstan from now until December 31. It is brand new and very fresh, us being the first and only people to have lived there. It is almost entirely furnished, needing only a bed, and also includes a washing/drying machine in the bathroom. It has a view overlooking a small forest. The kitchen is quite big as well. Just a two minute walk from the bus stop, and less than 10 minutes to the Ropsten metro station. There is a grocery store one minute away and a handful of cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. KTH is also less than a 20 minutes walk away. Its a very new area great for students and young families, with new stores popping up every month. The rent is 11 000, everything included (heat, water, electricity, internet, basic cable and furniture). If you are a student we can discuss renting it out until June or further.
