Hej Were looking for a student (or pair of students) to rent our apartment in Norra Djurgårdsstan from May until August. It is brand new and very fresh, us being the first and only people to have lived there, and one guest living there currently, moving out at the end of April. It is almost entirely furnished, needing only a bed, and also includes a washing/drying machine in the bathroom. It is on the 5th floor with a view overlooking a small forest. The kitchen is quite big as well. Just a two minute walk from the bus stop, and less than 10 minutes to the Ropsten metro station. There is a grocery store one minute away and a handful of cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. Its a very new area great for students, with new stores popping up every month. The rent is 10400, everything included (heat, water, electricity, internet, basic cable and furniture).
