I am looking for someone who can take good care of my apartment for a long term. The apartment is located in Hagalundsgatan, 10 minutes (2 stations) away from T-centralen with pendeltåg, and with plenty of amenities close by. You can reach Hagaparken, Mall of Scandinavia, and Solna Centrum within 5 to 10 minutes walk. You have connections to Solna Centrum T-bana as well as tvärbanan. The airport can be conveniently reached from Solna Station through pendeltåg, or from Hagaparken through flygbussarna. The apartment is 67 sqm with 2.5 rooms, and has been renovated in December 2017. Functionally, it can be arranged to work as a 3 room apartment (2 bedrooms plus living room) by using the living room as a huge master bedroom and the dinning area (next to the kitchen) as a living room. The rent is 16.000 kr which includes electricity, internet (1000 Mbps), warming, and water. Parking places are available for rent (at an extra cost) in the underground parking lot. The neighbors association (bostadsrättsförening) also has a gym which you can use for free. The apartment will be rented unfurnished for at least 1 year contract, with the possibility to renovate yearly with a long term intention.
