Due to a work assignment abroad, I am renting out my recently renovated and modernly furnished 1,5 room (35 sqm) apartment in the center of Stockholm (Kungsholmen - only 100m away from tunnelbana station Thorildsplan) for at least 1 year from the 1st of December 2016. Electricity, water, heating, TV as well as high-speed broadband connection (1 GBit/s) are included in the rent. The apartment is modernly furnished and fully equipped with vacuum cleaner, iron, tv, printer, water cooker, kitchen utilities and the alike. The bathroom has been recently renovated and includes a comfy bathtub and shower. The newly build shopping mall including a Max ICA lindhagenhuset.se is within 10 minutes walking distance. No smoking or pets are allowed. International tenants are welcome. The minimal rental period is 12 months afterwards with a a monthly notice period after. Selected candidates will receive additional photos and there will be an opportunity to view the apartment in the next week. Couples are welcome but for a higher rent of 13500 SEK / month. One month rent deposit as well as the first rent are due with the move-in date after standard rental contract signage.
