We would like to rent out our 3:a, 81 square meter apartment in Gustav lll:s boulevard, Solna from April 15th 2017. The building is quite new (built in 2009) and the apartment has a modern design. Located on the 11th floor of a 13 flour building, the apartment has a fantastic view and gets a lot of daylight through large windows of the living room and the kitchen (morning and afternoon sunlight). The apartment has two balconies the one in the kitchen faces Mall of Scandinavia and colorful lights of Friends Arena and the master bedroom balcony (ca. 8 square meter) faces beautiful forests of Solna. The larger balcony has glass curtains and its equipped with electrical heaters so that it can also be used during cold seasons. Its less than 10 min walk to Mall of Scandinavia, less than 10 min walk to Solna Station pendeltåg station which takes you to Stockholm city central in ca. 7 min and to Arlanda airport in ca. 20 min. The apartment is unfurnished but its equipped with its own dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. We are looking for non-smoking/no pet keeping people.
