Fully furnished studio room

Im renting out my fully furnished room in Bromma Stockholm. The room is decorated with a very comfortable bed, a 3 seater sofa, a table, bookshelf and a small inside storage for the clothes and buggage. The room has completely private entrance which means this room is NOT part of a another apartment. It is completely alone single room with private Toilet/Shower. The room has a small fridge but it has no kitchen inside. There is a big shining kitchen outside the room that is being in use by few others. The laundery is in the same building. There are some necessary utensils and a vacuum cleaner in the room. The area is really nice. Gym in the same building, parking just outside the building and in nearby. Takes around 20min to city and less to Kista, and Solna. The environment is really calm so if you want to avoid traffic noise, its a best place for you. Water, Electricity and Internet (without router) are included in the rent. Room is rented for first 4 months and can be extended as per the tenant review (NOT guaranteed). Renting period from 1st Feb, 2017-last of May-2017. Termination from both side must be 1 month. A deposit of 6000kr must be submitted that will be returned in the end.
