Hej I am renting out my beautiful cosy Söder apartment due to work abroad. The apartment is located perfectly in the triangle between Slussen, Mariatorget and Medborgarplatsen, in a quiet area only 5 minutes walking distance from each of the 3 metro stations as well as Södra station (with the extra advantage that you can take the direct pendeltåg train to Arlanda airport, 45 mins door to gate...). The apartment is in a fantastic traditional building from 1860, with three bright windows granting a view over the shared patio. The patio has a herbal garden and barbecue area, which is amazing in the summer. The apartment is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa and a dining table, and a bedroom (double bed). A book shelf in the centre of the main space divides the room into two. If you keep the door open during the day, it becomes a bigger open space, and at night the sliding door creates a separate bedroom. There are two large closets integrated in the walls. The floor is original wooden parquet. The apartment is newly renovated and very very charming. Rental period: 1 February until open end.
