Hello A big room in big apartment is availabe for rent from 1 April 2018. The room is 22 sqm and it has a big bed, table desk, chair, small TV table, and big balcony. The apartment is 82 sqm, has 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, large kitchen and living room ( the living room will be yours) . There is a dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment, you will share it with 2 persons only ( both of them work full time) Rinkeby metro station is 7 minuts walk and its takes it takes 18 minutes to T-centralen. There is also a buss station 4 minutes walk. Centre is 5 minutes away, Lidl, some pizzerias and fast food. A large shopping center in Kista, 10 minutes by bus. Rent: 5200 SEK and includes electricity, water and internet. The room will be available 1year maybe longer but we will talk for six months and see how it goes. One month rent deposit, one months notice from both sides.
