Hey A furnished big room in big apartment is available for rent in Spånga/Rinkeby for a long or short period. The apartment is 82 sqm, has 3 rooms, 2 toilets, large kitchen and balcony. There are dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. The metro station is 6 minutes walk away ( Rinkeby station) and it takes less than 18 minutes to T-centralen. There is also a buss station 5 minutes walk and it take 10 minutes by buss to Kista Mall. Lidl and other supermarkets are few minutes a walk with many fast food shops. Rent: 4900 SEK per month One month rent deposit, one months notice from both sides. Looking for a nice, none smoking flatmate with a stable economy (one person only not a couple please). He or she should be a pet free, calm, and trustworthy. I am 32 and work in government authority and study 2 masters.
