The kitchen is big and well equipped with a big dinning table, and of course there is the bathroom that has a bathtub in it. The building is located between 2 Tunnelbanas (Medborgarplatsen and Mariatorget , but closer to Medborgarplatsen), a main bus station , and the Pendeltåg. The location is very central and yet quiet and safe, in a matter of a few minutes walking distance you are capable to enjoy many kinds of restaurants, bars, shopping, supermarkets and food stores, 2 very close gyms, night life and much more . The rent we require is 17 000 KR including the rental monthly fee and including all other apartments monthly expenses like electricity, water, internet, plus the apartments insurance cost. We will sign rental contract and we will not ask for any deposit. We are interested to rent the apartment from the first of July for 9 month .
