Hello We are a family living in a house in Aspudden, close to the subwaystation. We are renting out the bottom floor (aka basement), preferably to TWO STUDENTS etc. There windows are not big, and there are no proper kitchen. and we have to walk throu your appartment in order to reach the washing machine... The rent (4500 per person 9000 total) includes: Heating, power, water, internet connection (wireless) and some furniture (beds etc etc) No: Pets, Kids, smokers Period: 2018-03-01 -> 2018-12-31 please reply and tell us a little about yourselfes
