I am looking for a friendly and reliable girl to share a 4-room flat with. The apartment is in a nice area, very close to Mariatorget (Swedenborgsgatan) and Södra Station. The apartment has a newly renovated kitchen, a large living room, one bathroom with bathtub and another small bathroom with sink and WC. The room is about 10 sqm and comes (semi)furnished with a single bed, a wardrobe and a desk. There is also space in our storage if you need it. The rent would be 6000 SEK/month (all included), but is negotiable. I am looking for a friendly and reliable female flatmate, preferably between 19 and 25 years old, a full- time student or worker. I am 19 years old and currently studying for Högskoleprovet. I am bilingual in Italian and German and speak English as well but I would like to find a Swedish flatmate or someone who is fluent in Swedish to help me improve with it. My dad also lives in the apartment for about one week per month, as he is a part-time professor both here in Sweden at Handelshögskolan and in Rome. So you should be aware of the fact that when he is in Stockholm, he will also be around the house.
